Overview

This desirable heritage-listed property boasts rich architectural significance for the suburb and incredible view-lines across the iconic Sydney Harbour. The special project focussed on respectfully remodelling the existing pool and its surrounds located on the lower-west facing garden. The scope included new tiling and coping for the pool, improving its accessibility with new stairs and adding extra seating, as well as surrounding decking works like the installation of timber batten fencing. The client’s desire for a sensitive amalgamation of the heritage and contemporary sections of the residence was achieved using handmade bricks, raw timber, copper, earthy tones and natural stone for paving.
